Nicos Pelides is a Barrister of Lincoln's Inn, called to the Bar in 1953 and practicing in Cyprus since then. He works full-time as a consultant with the firm.
He has a considerable experience in litigation spanning over a period of 45 years and has for a long time specialised in insurance related claims and claims arising out of road traffic accidents. He has also extensive experience in immovable property transactions as well as litigation relating to landlord and tenant.
He regularly advises insurance companies in relation to liability and quantum and is often appointed as one of the arbitrators in accordance with the terms of insurance policies. He is also engaged as an arbitrator in relation to international and local arbitrations. |
