We have been involved in the registration of insurance companies and their branch offices in Cyprus and regularly advise on a wide range of issues including regulatory framework, run-off’s and insurance product drafting.

We deal with insurance related claims and act on behalf of a number of insurance companies.

Although we act for insurance companies, in the sphere of personal injury claims, we regularly act for plaintiffs in the prosecution of their claims and regularly advise on quantum and liability.
