Georgiades & Pelides LLC advises on a wide range of transactions involving the ownership and development of land for local and overseas purchasers, including guiding our clients through the regulations governing the acquisition and sale of property and the export of the proceeds of such sale out of Cyprus.

We advise in relation to the purchase, sale and leasing of land, including offices, houses and flats.  We handle all aspects of such transactions, including drafting and advising on the relevant contracts and documentation, conducting land registry searches, assisting in the negotiation and obtaining of finance for the acquisition of immovable property, drafting and negotiating bank guarantees and securing the issue of title and transfer of ownership.  We also assist in obtaining the necessary tax clearance certificates and may attend the land registry offices to effect such transactions.
