Phivos Pelides

Phivos Pelides is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and has worked for Sheridan’s in London during which time he gained substantial experience in litigation involving commercial disputes.

Phivos has been in practice in Cyprus since 1982 and has a very strong litigation background having represented banks, insurance companies and other corporate and private clients in their Court actions. He specialises in employment law matters and regularly advises clients, both local and international, on all their labour issues including drafting and reviewing employment, secondment and termination agreements.

Phivos is the partner responsible for the daily operation of Themis Professional Services Limited the firm’s wholly owned subsidiary providing a full range of corporate and trust services, company formation, company secretarial, company administration and substance related services.

Phivos is also an experienced licensed insolvency practitioner.
